violence in schools

As their parents, teachers, coaches, it's our responsibility to give them the tools that will help them manage the demands that come their way.  This is where Vedic Meditation comes in.

 

WHY TEENS SHOULD MEDITATE

Meditation helps manage stress and improves so many things:

 

FOCUS

Stay more focused in class, while doing homework, on the basketball court or learning your lines for the school play.  You would perform better and get things done more easily.

 

CALM

Feel your parents and siblings are less annoying, that you are less overwhelmed

the night before an exam and less anxious about trying new things or heading off to college.

Sleep better and have more energy.
