ROUNDING

Open to all students who have completed a 4-day Vedic Meditation Course. 

Looking to deepen your meditation practice and accelerate your stress release? 

 

Add the simple practice of Rounding to your routine even once a week.

WHAT IS IT?  A simple sequence of:

 1. gentle yoga poses (asanas) - (no prior experience with yoga required)

2. breathing exercise (pranayama)

3. 20-minute meditation

4. horizontal rest 

This practice provides even deeper rest than your 20-minute meditation

and results in industrial-strength stress release.

2 X DAY CHALLENGE

Open to all students who have completed a 4-day Vedic Meditation Course.

Need help creating a new habit?

Fitting the practice in is by far the most common challenge for meditators even though they know that 2 X DAY meditation generates more than 2 X the benefits. 

 

  Join me for 28 days of encouragement, tips and best practices via daily text.

ADVANCED TECHNIQUE

Open to all students who have completed a 4-day Vedic Meditation Course and  been meditating regularly for at least 12 months.

Want to deepen your practice and accelerate the benefits you experience both inside and outside of meditation?

Join me for your first Advanced Technique.

Each student must attend both sessions in person.
